External Evaluator

Are you trying to meet the evaluation component of a proposal? We provide third party, unbiased evaluation and are prepared to implement all components of the plan on time and within budget. Our approach includes both summative and formative activities, and we approach the work from our project management expertise to ensure timely filings for all results. Zoetic Evaluation applies academic experience meeting NSF grant requirements to your funding and easily convince reviewers that we pose no conflict of interest. As well, we work from a sliding scale and develop the evaluation plan based on prospective funding. We love to do evaluation for research and programs where the work holds potential to improve life and society.

Learning Solutions

Using research, we innovate solutions that support learning, such as CoEngage, an app for improving student participation during class, and feelMATH (currently under development) that prepares K-12 students for success taking college-level math and engineering courses. Using our expertise in learning science, we create the technical tool to address equity gaps that are obvious in university graduation rates and learning outcomes data. Zoetic Evaluation works to build the solutions that support student success in higher education, explicitly addressing the missing skills students must have to experience sense of belonging in their math and engineering courses in engineering.
