Our innovative studies meet all assumptions, including data independence and data integrity. Findings from Zoetic Evaluation studies are replicable and generalizable across the entire organization or population.
Not everyone has the capacity to do valid research in-house. With Zoetic Evaluation, gaining the unbiased insights you need for meaningful change becomes possible.

We maintain a high level of research integrity to arrive at results that can be validated by other researchers within the greater research community. We take your privacy seriously. Your data are securely stored, never shared, and are not used to train AI models.
Survey Research

External Evaluator
Does your proposal require an external evaluator? We provide third party evaluation systems delivered on time and within budget. In much of our evaluation work, we rely on formative assessment activities for authentic and valid findings. We treat evaluation as we do program management to ensure in-time communication and on-time project updates and reporting. Experienced with NSF and other funding requirements, we are ready to support you by providing the evaluation component for your next proposal.

Workshops & Training
We enjoy supporting organizations to experience the Zoetic Evaluation method of learning, starting with identifying specific and measurable goals. The targeted learning goals guide all aspects of the learning experience, including formative assessment activities and summative evaluation of learning program efficacy.
Zoetic Evaluation creates learning experiences that model motivation theory and science around how people learn. We offer effective and meaningful learning experiences to address organizational goals and the needs of all participants.
Learning Solutions
At Zoetic Evaluation, we have a passion for developing technical solutions that support student success in classrooms everywhere, including higher education. We identify the skills students are missing, skills they need to experience sense of belonging in the work of math and engineering.
We are busy innovating learning solutions programs, such as CoEngage, designed to increase student participation and the feelMATH (under development), preparing K-12 students with skills they need for college-level math and engineering courses. We infuse learning science into all designs as we work to address persistent equity gaps in learning outcomes data.
Curriculum Development
We create custom curricular solutions that align with learning objectives and organizational goals. The materials we design, including online lessons, engage participants in creative activities, generate feedback, and produce the type of experiences you and your organization are missing.
We specialize in embedded assessment, designing for inclusive, responsive learning environments, and the valid evaluation you require for program efficacy.
