One area of Zoetic research is measuring and understanding peace in the workplace. Why would sense of peace even matter when it comes to work? Because research shows that quality work happens when employees feel safe and calm. A sense of peace at work reduces unnecessary stress and cognitive load and positions employees to innovative, learn, be more efficient, and do their best work.
Organizations are invited to engage in a peace study with Zoetic Evaluation that will research and arrive at an overall PAWS measure or peace score. Please contact us if you or your organization is interested in our peace study.
A PAWS study will use valid research techniques to calculate the overall PAWS for the organization, produce a report on each of the factors that define the peace construct, and offer suggestions for increasing peace in the workplace.
