Jenny Quynn did her undergraduate work at Washington State University and then joined the Peace Corps, teaching math in Mahalapye, Botswana. She completed her master’s degree in Education at Towson University while teaching for Baltimore City Public Schools. In Baltimore, Jennifer consulted for Johns Hopkins Center for Technology in Education (CTE) and Baltimore City Community College, training teachers in formative assessment, developing technology, curricula, and program improvement methods.     

Upon returning to the Pacific Northwest, Jenny worked for the Puget Sound Educational Service District, supporting student teachers to define their practices through assessment and evaluation methods. Jenny completed her doctorate in Educational Psychology with a focus on Measurement, Statistics, and Research Design at the University of Washington, teaching Assessment for the Teacher Education Program (TEP). She conducted her research in Singapore and Seattle.

Dr. Quynn has consulted for Nintendo of America, Pearson, Western Area Power Administration, University of California, University of San Francisco, and George Mason University. She applies her psychometric training to develop new measurement tools for business insights and program improvement. She has consulted on a variety of grants and for a number of organizations including Leo T. McCarthy Center for Public Service and the Common Good, Islandwood, and the National Geographic Society.

Jenny Quynn started Zoetic Evaluation to empower organizations to realize their goals through measurement principles, research, and teaching.

Mary Murray Autry, PhD, is the Director of Program Operations for Zoetic Evaluation LLC. She brings extensive experience in public education systems, instructional program development, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale educational initiatives across California and beyond.

Dr. Autry’s professional background includes leadership and cross-functional roles with Educational Testing Service (ETS), Pearson, the California Department of Education, and higher education institutions. Throughout her career, she has supported statewide educational initiatives, educator preparation programs, curriculum development efforts, computer-based and performance-based educational programs, and cross-functional collaboration with state agencies and educational partners.

Her work is grounded in learner-centered engagement, culturally responsive practices, effective communication, and practical professional learning experiences that support diverse learners and communities. Dr. Autry is especially passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities that empower individuals to build confidence, strengthen transferable skills, and take ownership of their ongoing personal and professional growth.

At Zoetic Evaluation LLC, Dr. Autry supports project coordination, professional learning initiatives, stakeholder engagement, workforce readiness learning development, and implementation support for public-sector and mission-driven organizations
